Online Ganapati Idol Making Workshop - 9 August 2020

Workshop Summary

In these times of social-distancing, going out to buy a Ganapati idol is not safe. Plus getting an eco-friendly idol is not easy.

A better option is, you create a Ganapti Idol at home. This year, I am conducting all my Ganapati Idol making workshops online.

Over the last 10 years, thousands of people have made such eco-friendly idols in my workshops. So I  know this is very much possible, and you do not need any prior experience of clay sculpting for this.

I'm Mandar Marathe, I'm a fine artist and a sculptor, and in this workshop I'll be showing you how to turn a lump of clay into a simple yet elegant looking  Ganapati idol.

We will first make the building blocks of the idol, then assemble them together and add details to complete it. I'll explain and show each step in detail so that you can follow along very easily. Even if you are not able to complete the Idol during the workshop, you can refer to my online videos which you will get free along with this workshop and complete it.

And as an added bonus you will also get my Idol painting course for FREE!!!

Materials you'll need during the workshop:
